School Rules

GENERAL RULES AND REGULATION

1. The office will be open between 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. during Summer and between 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for payment of fees.
2. Fee must be deposited in advance and must be deposited upto 10th of every month. Fee once paid neither be refunded or transferable in any circumstances. Late fee fine will be charges @ Rs. 5 per day after 10th day.
3. Fee for the month of June and March must be paid in the month of May and February respectively.
4. Students are not allowed to use the school telephone without the permission of the office incharge.
5. Any type of vehicle parked inside or outside the institution at the owner's risk. The students who are coming by cycle must pay the cycle parking fee. No student is allowed to bring any vehicle other than bicycle. In case of doing so strict action will be taken.
6. Any student found using unfair means during tests would be suspended. Repetition of the same will result in the expulsion of the student.
7. The institution reserves to itself the right to dismiss a student whose conduct is harmful to other students. Immorality grave insufficient, contempt of authority or willful damage to property is always a sufficient reason for immediate dismissal.
8. Any damage done to the institution property will be recovered in full from the concerned student/students.
9. No shouting or whistling is allowed in the institution. To throw anything at anybody is strictly forbidden.
10. If a student continues to be absent for 10 days without the written permission to the Principal, his/her name will be struck off from the institution rolls.
11. Students must be humble, courteous, friendly and helpful to their fellow students. They should behave in a very refined manner.
12. Students should take care of their belongings. In case of any loss the institution will not be responsible.
13. All the students must posses' identity card daily. If they do not bring their identity card, appropriate action will be taken.
14. Fee slip should be asked whenever the payment is made in the office and all these slips issued should be kept in safe custody. No complain will be entertained regarding fee payment without slip.
15. Strict regularity, implicit obedience, rolex replica watches courtesy in speech and conduct cleanliness of dress and person expected from every student.
16. Fine may be imposed by the principal for irregularity, indiscipline, for damage etc. to institution property.
17. The institute authorities do not hold themselves responsible for a student's loss of money, books or articles of any type. The students themselves are expected to look after their own belongings very carefully.
18. No collection of money for any purpose what so ever is to be made without the prior permission of the Principal?
19. Vehicle Maintenance Fee must pay for the whole session. Permission to withdraw this facility during the session for any month will not be entertained.
20. Bus commuters are not allowed to withdraw the facility of conveyance in the mid of the session.
21. Don't send your ward in the morning if he/she is ill/ suffering from any disease, replica watches even if he/she have any appointment during school hours. Any written / Telephonic request will not be entertained to send back the ward to home during school hours. Only in cases of emergency collect personally after getting approval from the school principal.
22. Read the school diary carefully to know the rules and regulations of the school and act accordingly. (Specially the Withdrawal Rule)
23. At the time of withdrawal of a student parent must inform the school before one month in writing with the prescribed fee otherwise one month fee will be charged extra.
24. Parents of class 10th and 12th are requested to check their wards activities very minutely and contact regularly to the principal regarding the regular attendance and studies. It has been noticed that some parents even don't know that their ward is not coming in the school and get surprised when informed by the school.
